  1. Download for Windows and open the app.
  2. Drag in many files or an entire folder — there's no limit on how many.
  3. Set one target for the whole batch: pixels, cm + DPI, or a KB size.
  4. Pick an output format and a destination folder.
  5. Run the batch — every image is processed locally on your PC.

Batch resize an entire folder at once

Doing images one at a time is the slow, painful way — and most online tools force exactly that. Here you drop in a whole folder (or a big pile of files) and the app works through all of them in one go.

There's no cap on the number of files and nothing is uploaded, so it's just as happy with 5 images as with 500. Because it's a local Windows app, a large batch won't be throttled by your connection.

  • Drag in folders or multi-select files
  • No file-count limit
  • Runs fully offline — a big batch never leaves your PC
  • Choose one output folder for all results

One KB target applied to every image

This is the trick for bulk exam or job-application uploads where each photo must sit under a specific weight. Set a KB target once — say 50 KB — and the app fits every image to it, searching quality (and downscaling where needed) file by file.

Each image is fitted individually to land at or under the target, so a bright simple photo and a busy detailed one both come out under your limit even though they needed different settings.

Keeping a consistent look across the batch

When every image should look uniform — a wall of ID photos, a product grid — set exact pixels or a cm + DPI size and let the app center-crop each one to that same box. If you'd rather never crop, keep the aspect ratio instead and the app fits within your dimensions.

A fair warning: if your originals have very different shapes, "keep aspect ratio" will give slightly different final dimensions per image, while "center-crop to an exact box" guarantees identical size but trims the edges. Pick whichever the task needs.

  • Same format for all (JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP)
  • Center-crop to an exact box for identical dimensions
  • Or keep aspect ratio to avoid cropping
  • Preview before you commit the batch

Frequently asked

Can I batch resize hundreds of images at once?
Yes. Drop in a folder or select as many files as you like — there's no file-count limit, and it all runs on your PC.
Can I apply one KB size to a whole folder?
Yes. Set a KB target like 50 and every image is fitted individually to land at or under it.
Does batch resizing work offline?
Yes. The whole batch is processed locally with no upload, so even a large job never touches the internet.
Can I drag in a folder instead of selecting files?
Yes — drop a folder straight onto the app, or multi-select individual files. Both work.
Will every image end up exactly the same pixel size?
If you center-crop to an exact box, yes. If you keep the aspect ratio instead, sizes can vary slightly for differently shaped originals.
